Public Realm Development

We design and deliver public spaces that serve people first. Our work can include plazas, waiting stations, walkways, seating areas, public amenities, and the spaces between buildings. A successful public space should be useful, comfortable, accessible, and connected to the character of its surrounding city.

Landscape & Irrigation

We develop landscape, planting, and irrigation solutions that support the performance and identity of each site. Our approach considers the local climate, planting requirements, maintenance needs, water management, and the long-term quality of the landscape.

Sustainable Mobility

We support more accessible and organized urban movement through pedestrian paths, bicycle parking, waiting areas, and other mobility-supporting elements appropriate to each project. Our goal is to help connect people with the places they use while making public movement more comfortable and more integrated with the urban environment.

Street Furniture

Seating, shade, lighting, signage, waste facilities, and other small-scale elements have a major influence on how people experience public space. We coordinate these components to improve comfort, usability, safety, and visual consistency.

Streetscape

We coordinate the elements that define a street's character, including paving, kerbs, planting, lighting, movement routes, and the relationship between buildings and the public realm. The result is a streetscape that is clearer, more coherent, and better connected to the people who use it.
